[ As long as Karlach is facing him he can't see it and he isn't going to be going out of his way to look, that's for sure. ]

I do think we could afford complaining though, for sure.

[she appreciates that, honestly, even if she doesn't care so much if people see. it's more the respect of it.

she glances at him with a half-smile. and like... physically shakes it off, ridding herself of the sadness as best she can. this is not how she wants to be. she doesn't want it to hang over her like this.]

[ He's not that strong... he's average for his demographic at best, and right now, he's definitely not at his peak if you could tell. And also the general issue of his eye problem but comically enough, he actually has the highest accuracy in the entire game in a way. ]

[ He's like... self-aware enough to realise he's kind of a dour, gloomy guy. So. ]

Wouldn't expect you to. I feel like a lot of people in this place don't know what to do when I tell them I like them, actually.

[a little fire tattoo crawls over her face, burning along her throat and jaw.]

[yeah, it's like the words, only it's images. it's doing the thing like how in physical plays they have waves and they bounce up and down on popsicle sticks? the flames are like that. they start to settle down and crumble away when he says he's teasing, though.

anyway, she smiles a bit, and pokes his side with her tail.]
