[ The puppy says that she does not have an owner.

Pickles smacks the translator again after waiting a little. AAAAAAA ]

Uh... I'm afraid I don't follow without the help of your handy little translator there...

[ WHY IS IT GOING ROGUE AGAINST YOU, BUD. ]

Are you concerned about the fact that she appears to be a free-ranging dog?

This island looks like it's overall pretty focused on self-efficiency. I don't think anyone is even looking after the actual animals there.
